I didnt even think this film is in VHS!

Is this the one where an Englishman brings a silent movie projector to Peking in the 1900s and shows the Chinese--films?

Its a beautiful picture though

Yes! That's the one. They have it here for rent on vhs but no one seems to have it on dvd.
