Can you see my avatar? :D. So yes I know. There are several ways including creating your own with certain programs but not many people can be bothered working it out (it's tricky). The simply way is to find a website that had moving avatars, ok that sounds rather simple but really all you have to do is save it to Hard Disk then upload it as your avatar, see simple.

Here's some basic moving ones from a smily site, just an example about how by just using the images they move by themselves.
