Hamlet 2 is one of the most disappointing films of 2008 so far....

The film is one of my all time favorite trash movies, with perhaps the only criticism I could level at it being the rather distasteful rape angle. Still, b-movie lovers need to seek this one out, it's pure gold....

This film isn't without a few good parts, especially the first few scenes, but otherwise it really doesn't do much to excite or interest the viewer....

A good straight to DVD rental, something that comes around with the regularity of Haley's Comet. ...

To sum it up, Hellboy II is a pinnacle of comic book film making funny and action filled....

The Happening is an unfortunate mess. M. Night had some decent ideas and great shots (I still love the workers falling off the building shot) but nothing to tie everything together....

The film should have been called THE WAITING because that’s all the audience kept doing for something...anything to "happen"....

...as for The Happening, it's just not, well, happening for me. Maybe as a comedy, yes, because I found myself liking this movie for all the wrong reasons. But as a traditional Shyamalan film? No....

If you haven’t seen it I think you should consider it as it’s probably better than you think it is and serves as a tame but better introduction to Zombie’s style than his own films which are decidedly and intentionally over the top....

The only other people in the theater were a woman and her little boy, and I'd like to go back and apologize to them for laughing so loudly and most likely drowning out a third of the film....
