Other than some nice Vince Vaughn moments here and there the only other nice thing to say about it is that it is blissfully short: less than 90 minutes! Unfortunately that's still about seventy minutes too long....

Your enjoyment of this movie... will completely depend on your tolerance for micro budgeted trash, as the direction and effects on show are laughable. That doesn't mean it's boring though, far from it. Forbidden World doesn't try to be anything other than a tongue in cheek b-movie, and with Corman producing (a man who knew the genre inside out) it delivers on its tacky premise. If you like cheapo early 80's sci-fi, then get some like minded friends round, crack open a beer (or ten), and strap in for naffness.

To sum up this is a charmingly classy and unique take on the zombie film. Make no mistake though, it's a satirical comedy, not a horror, those looking for Romero with one liners, or another 'Shaun of the Dead' won't find what they're looking for here. Fido may be rotten, but this film is fresh....

The Fountain will always be recognized as a stunning achievement by myself, and I will never pass up an opportunity to share it with others....

Overall this is a very funny film and a well done film. It isn't a masterpeice by any means, but the studio's that are making the current terrible parody films might want to watch this film to figure out how to make a good parody instead of just making "Scary Movie 1,247"....

The Fountain was one hell of a movie to watch. Between the convoluted, thought-provoking plotline(s) and the film's aesthetics, you're in for more than just a movie - you're in for an experience....

You could probably cut about 20 minutes out of this film and it would be one of the best movies of all time....

The movie is great untill about the last half hour where it becomes a shooting extravaganza that has no effect on the characters or story other than who's going to shoot who....
