Not for everyone, it's a tad slow in places, but as an insightful drama that keeps you intrigued and guessing it ticks all the right boxes......

Don't take it too seriously or you'll miss Jackie's daring stunts. Just sit back, relax, and have a good laugh at how crazy the man can get....

I'm not sure if Juno really captured something special but it certainly got plenty of feathers ruffled along with soap boxes dusted off and even some high horses fed....

So overall, obviously not a great flick but I still got some enjoyment out of it....

As for this movie's bread and butter, the effects. They were great, blood and guts galore! I mean when people weren't getting shot, they were getting stabbed, when they weren't getting stabbed they were getting dismembered....

Taught, suspenseful and intelligent, the film stays clear of becoming a gore fest and a barrel load of cheap frights, and in its place we are left with an intresting cat and mouse type thriller....

If you can just look past the script and focus on the characters, you'll be sure to find Smart People very enjoyable....

The film will not be to everyones' taste, it's more of a survival film than bombs & bullets style Vietnam movie, which allows Herzog and the actors time to really flesh out their characters....

All in all, it's tough to find a film which is anywhere remotely similar to Sunset Blvd., and if you can, it's a pale imitation....

In a nutshell, the film is about the awkward stage between childhood and adulthood and about the time when one realizes that he/she is largely responsible for how things will turn out....
