Imagine that you are a film maker and the studio has decided to talent spot a relative unknown to the big screen. He/she must have at least had a little experience, but just never had the exposure he/she needed to become a major star. Who'd you pick?

My pick would be Alexa Davalos (Angel, Chronicles of Riddick). A former model, daughter of an actress and has experience in action roles. Most definitely Hollywood material.

I would say Alexa also Sienna Guillory of next months Resident Evil:Apacolypse, Emmy Rossum of Day after Tomorrow,Mystic River & The Up Coming Phantom of the Opera.And I think Katharine Isabelle of Ginger Snaps & Freddy vs. Jason has great talent to be a big star(one can wish)

Seda Egridere; she's a turkish actress. I'm not sure if she's done anything in the States as far as movies go but I've seen her in some plays in Los Angeles in which she was marvelous. I believe she's shooting two films in her native Turkey this summer and I really hope she goes onto make it big like other foreign stars such as Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek or Monica Belluci because she's definitely very talented and very very pretty. I heard people call her "the turkish delight" and I hope we all get a taste of her soon

Seen Emmy Rossum abt once, and that in Phantom of the opera yet I hv a special liking for her. Beautiful and brilliant actress

a new Greek actress called Faye Xyla...i am waiting for the day that she will make a movie in hollywood or be recognized there..I think she's too good for the Greek movie market..the new Malina Mercuri.

I think I'll add Patricia Peristeri as well..another new actress from Greece..hope to see her with a career in Hollywood soon too...she totally stands out...

She doesn't stand out as much as the last actress you posted.

Not sure if she really counts as an up and coming actress anymore, but she's still not A-list, so I'll include her.

no seriously she is really pretty..i think photos in generally arent kind to her lol (not photogenic etc)..

she s a good actress as well...quite talented for being just 21...been in films here for quite a a few years now

We made a photoshoot together and she told me about these photos and because she was a model, her agency told her that she must to do it!She was very sad about it...
