I need some help with a movie. I seen it about 10 years ago. I can not remember who was in the film or what year it came out. All i remember from the movie is that it was about a mother and daughter. The daughter i think was about 14 or 15 and then a guy comes into their lives. He gets involved with the mother and the daughter gets jealous because she likes him too. Something happens and i think the guy starts to get involved with the daughter. The mother finds out and starts fighting with the guy. Then the daughter ends up shooting the mother, and the guy tells the police that he shot the mother and he ends up going to jail. Then it shows the daughter now grown up, she looks like she could be about 24 or 25. And then the guy comes back into her life and i don't remember the rest of it. I don't remember the ending. Does anyone know what movie this could be. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.
