Ive been thinking about the most sinister disney villians out there and i think Scar from The Lion King is the worst.

I dunno which one is the most evil but I know that this dog needs to be casted as the next villain in a Disney movie

Give that role to either Scar or Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Scar was manipulative, deceitful, turns a paradise into a wasteland, and he actually murdered somebody. Frollo is a sick and demented old man who uses religion as his excuse for the evil deeds he performs. He killed a gypsie woman, almost drowned her child, locks a deformed man inside a church bell tower, and lusts after a woman he can't have. Take your pick out of who was worse.

I think that the most evil Disney character is either the stepmom from Cinderella or Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame, both very sick and disturbed individuals, and unlike most Disney villains, who are flashy, funny and a ton of fun to watch, these two are brooding and subtly evil.

Claude Frollo, "The Hunchback of Notre Dame"
Why:
- He kicks Quasimodo's mother down some stairs and she snaps her neck and dies.
- He attempts to drown deformed baby Quasimodo in a well because he believes he is a demon.
- He wants to rid Paris of the Gypsies, so obviously he's a RACIST.
- He burns down houses and terrorizes the Gypsies in order to find Esmeralda.
- He attemps to murder an innocent family for helping the Gypsies.
- He lusts for Esmeralda and blames her for his impure thoughts.
- He attempts to burn Esmeralda at the stake for witchcraft.
- In a rage, he reveals to Quasimodo that he killed his mother.
...what else can I say? This dude is a bastard.

As wicked as Scar is, I always saw him as a little bit camp to be truly evil. Saying that, he does have a Iago-like quality to him in that everyone seems to trust him without question, heroes and villains.
Frollo has really got to be my first choice, but there's also:
Gaston, who starts off as so comical but by the end has become deranged with lust.
The older villains, like Malificent, who had no real motvie or reason, but were just born evil.

Yeah, I was that kid who rooted for the villains in Disney movies, but c'mon! They're so much cooler! Cruella was always my favorite though, she just had so much charisma. And the way she goes all demented at the end- yikes. Definitely the most evil too: the lady kills frickin' puppies. She's like the Buffalo Bill of the canine world.

Professor Ratigan, "The Great Mouse Detective"
Why:
- He's a crime lord and a murderer
- He's the only villain in Disney history that deliberately killed one of his henchman.
- He transforms into a savage rat...Ratigan goes beast mode.
*Of course, Ratigan deserves a top-spot especially since he was voiced by the late Vincent Price.
