The boring stuff
Every song nominated must be a cover version of a song originally recorded by someone else.
All genres of music are eligible - only winners and runners-up of previous Song Tournaments are deemed ineligible (cover versions of those songs are perfectly fine though).
A link that does not require sign-up or subscription must be provided to each song (for instance YouTube).
Participants are expected to listen to both songs in each match prior to voting.
Each participant will have at least 8 nominations and probably more depending on levels of interest. Any extra allocation of nominations will be notified as and when the final number of participants is known.
This tournament will begin after the upcoming Merry Christmas Music Tournament finishes.
