In my humble opinion the best Hip hop and R and B or Pop music was during the 80s and 90s and stopped being any good really by 2005. Maybe its me being old enough to remember that hip hop was more fun in the old days and now seems too be a venu for some too spill there hate.

I thought for sure that Darude-Sandstorm would be on this list.

Is this Darude-Sandstorm? If so, not as good as you make it out to be. Also, pretty sure it's not hip hop. It's art rock if anything.
