Blindfolded man in a room movie

Hello, I am searching for a movie... I can remember a scene where there is a man in a room, he is undercover and blindfolded. At some point the people in the room cut his finger out if I remember correct.

Rapt (2009) has a scene like this, he is blindfolded inside a pup tent inside a room and the kidnappers cut off one of his fingers.
