A movie about stopping time

There was a movie that i have watched a long time ago (about 5-6 years) i only remember a scence in it about a man that receive a hat (look like a baseball cap) that can make him immute with time stopping then there was a scene that a couple was having sex then time suddenly stop, the police come in, shot the guy, get out then time run normal again, the girl start screaming and running away. That all that i can remember, hope you guy help me

I haven't seen it in a while, so I don't remember the specific scenes that you described, but check out the movie The Adjustment Bureau (2011). If I remember correctly, it has something to do with freezing time, and a hat opening special doors.

It looks a lot like Adjustment Bureau!

The Adjustment Bureau does not have a scene involving police shooting a man while he's having sex, and it only briefly depicts stopping time (there is literally one scene). It's not the film he's looking for.
