Favorite Oscar Winner?

"Gladiator" is my ever-ever rememberable Oscar award winner picture.

I agree with you on Dr. Zhivago . It is ,by a wide margin , the
greatest movie . Of course , this is my opinion .

I should once again stress that I do not think much of the film as a film. I like it as a case in point. You know- an absurd and worthless film accumulates a pile of prestigious awards, thus giving the lie to the relevance of the awards.

Now that I think about it, Rocky is perhaps an even better example. It beat out both Taxi Driver and All the President's Men
