Hi, guys

Thinking about it...
Nice to be here. I love movies... duh!
Not only I love movies but I also work with them.
I work with translation for subtitling and I'm an actress.
I was searching reviews on Polanski's "The Tenant"
and came onto your forum. I liked the postings and decided
to register.
I haven't been writing much in English these days, so,
forgive me in advance for some unavoidable bad writing.
Thanks for having me here. See ya.

Cool! What are some of your favorite films? Also, what films have you worked on?

Welcome to the forum.

All good people are asleep and dreaming.

After making Repulsion, Roman Polanski wants to become Catherine Deneuve.

Then he jumps out the window a bunch of times.

The End

Thinking about it...
Thank you for your welcomes.
Fiscal, I'll try to come up with a reasonable list of my favorite movies,
although it will be really tough.
Regarding the subtitles, I translate subtitles for cable channels,
so I get to work on all kind of movies, old and new. I have been doing this for 8 years now and I have translated many movies. I can say I'm very proud for having translated movies like "Platoon", "In the Bedroom", "Children of a Lesser God", "Capote", "Walk the Line", "Notes on a Scandal", "The Truman Show", "The Sound of Music", "Harvey", "Play Misty for Me", "Fiddler in the Roof", "The Great Gatsby" (1949 and 1974 version), "Looking for Richard", "The Devil Wears Prada" and many others. I have also translated some episode of Absolutely Fabulous, Sex and the City and Law & Order (original, SVU and LOLA). It's wonderful to translate movies you like or which are well acted. But I suffered working on movies like "Mr. Stitch", "Plump Fiction" (not Pulp Fiction, mind you) and "Rumpelstiltskin" (95)... It was like pulling teeth!

Regarding the spoiler: that was really weird.
I guess I have to see it again.

The Adventure Starts Here!
Welcome to the forum! Coincidentally, I just bought myself a ukulele made by a company called Lanikai.

So now whenever I see your posts, I'll think of my cute little pineapple ukulele.

WELCOME!

Thank you, guys!
Austruck, thanks for being my first friend!
I tried to send messages, but I don't have enough posts yet!

It's not my real name, but i happen to like the sound of their names.
I've been to Hawaii too, and I loved it!
