Duh.

2 - Michael Shannon

There's only one Michael Shannon. He's awesome.

3 - Jessica Chastain

Favorite American actress right now.

4 - Joaquin Phoenix

Whatever, whenever, I'm always excited to see Phoenix act.

5 - Oscar Isaac

Inside Llewyn Davis cemented him as an all timer in my opinion.

Hardy, Denzel, and Gosling are givens

Rockwell would be in if he was in some more great movies.

Ed Norton seems to have disappeared.

I'm going to put Marky Mark in their, only because he's in a lot of movies I enjoy.

I'm going to throw in SC's boy Jake to round it off.

Bradley Cooper, Leo, Damon, Phoenix, Bale, and even Affleck are up there.

I would say these actors are the ones I find the most interesting at the moment (unfortunately I've only got four ):

As you can see, I love actors with both a great deal of star power and talent. There are plenty of other actors that could make both lists any day. These just came up in my mind at this very moment.
