car in bad boy II...need help PLZ

hello people...i just joined this forum and this is my first thread that i post..i have a question..for those who have watched Bad Boys II and have a good knowledge of cars.. there is a part where Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are together at night in an old american car driving up to their cheif's house..thats the part where Martin is high on Xtacy..the question is: what kind of car is that ? it looks like an american car from the 1940's i guess...i think that the color is red as well..thanks in advance

r u sure it was a porsche ?? coz i doesnt look like one..im telling ya..it is an american car..i just duno what kind it is..it kinda looks like a 1949 restored buick super..but im not sure...HELP !
