I think Triumph the Insult Dog has to go down as one of the funniest characters on TV, i just recently came across some of his new clips on dotcomedy.com just hilarious stuff on the site. What do you guys think of Triumph ?

I agree. I always spill my guts watching that mutt. Here's a clip where he's interviewing (harassing, humiliating) Star Wars' fans awaiting the movie outside. They got a kick out of it so no real harm done.
