I hate Blockbuster video. They said I stole Dracula 2000.
I did not. I put it in the return slot, I swear. Then they charged me $28 for it and $25 in late fees. If I wanted a movie,it sure wouldn't be THAT one. Creeps. I tore up my membership card. That's why I haven't reviewed anything lately. I haven't been renting.

Try Hollywood Video. That place is great, and seems to be whooping it up on Blockbuster anyway.

Or find a locally owned video-rental establishment if possible. But Hollywood Video is better than Blockbuster, I've found. The ones 'round here have better selection than Blockbuster, especially when it comes to more off-the-beaten-path films. They aren't perfect by any means, but for a big chain, they're often better than the alternative.

Or a Hastings if you have one of those nearby (I always pimp the Hastings since the folks that own that are friends of the family).

that really ticks me off. My sister makes me sit through it every day and i just want to hit her and everyone on the screen.

oh yeah and theres a video shop up the road from me called video vision. it would be cheaper to buy the video than rent it from that place!

Here's what I hate:

People or things who STEAL my time from me.

I just can't stand it. People who talk my ear off so I can't escape. A family member chatting away forever, while they're my ride home (or wherever I'm going)...waiting rooms, traffic, and other junk like that. I just hate wasting time...I hate being trapped like that.

I can stand some of it if I have the foresight to bring a book with me, though...although it's hard to concentrate properly enough to read well in public, with the noise and such.

I hate:
-Bad drivers
-Bad movies
-Shows on T.V.about the inside of rich people's houses
-girls being mean to each other,we bat for the same team,BE NICE!
-No sales at department stores
-Stupid songs on the radio dominating the air waves
-people at parties pretending to be drunk just to get attention.
-girls who aren't really lesbians,pretending they are to get attention.
people just doing stupid,random things for attention!!!Lot's of other things too,but I hate to hate too long. it's bad for my skin.

Amen to that. I used to hate Anne Heche for that...what a cheap way to try to gain fame. I will give her credit for coming out and admitting her problems as of late. Apparently she had a lot of problems growing up, and realizes she made a mistake. Starting a family I think...I was really glad to hear that.

But yeah, in general, for some people, being gay is a loss, career-wise, but for others, it's a boost. I think someone who's already amazingly famous would lose some of that by coming out, but someone like Heche would (and did, it would seem) benefit quite a bit from coming out like that.

I don't know what it's like where you are from,but here in Calif.girls do this lesbian attention thing everywhere.In bars,clubs,coffee houses,anywhere where people will notice them.They do it for male attention,like guys get all turned on by it.I'm sure some do,like the ones who watch lesbo pornos all day,but they can have those guys!I just find it really annoying.

Theres alot of lesbians in my high school. Most of them are pretty cool!!

Honestly, I have little doubt that a lot of lesbians are really just tired of men...IE: not something they're necessarily born with. Especially if they're young. Teenagers are notorius for wanting/needing attention.

Yea I'm sure a fair amount of them will grow out of the phase, just as others will grow into it.
