Does Hateful 8 count as 2015 or 2016? These are 2016 films I've seen so far, sorted by their theatrical/VOD release:

2015/2016
The Witch
Krisha
Green Room

2016
The Forest
Eyes of My Mother
Hail, Caesar!
Deadpool
Gods of Egypt
London Has Fallen
Zootopia
10 Cloverfield Lane
Batman v Superman
The Huntsman: Winter's War
Keanu
The Wailing
Captain America: Civil War
Neighbours 2: Sorority Rising
The Nice Guys
X-Men: Apocalypse
The Conjuring 2
Now You See Me 2
Warcraft
Central Intelligence
Swiss Army Man
Independence Day: Resurgence
The Neon Demon
The Purge: Election Year
Ghostbusters
Lights Out
Sing Street

The Magnificent Seven
Ouija: Origin of Evil
I, Daniel Blake
Army of One
Doctor Strange
Hacksaw Ridge
Arrival
Manchester by the Sea
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story
Assassin's Creed

Total: 45

And out of those, there are probably only a handful that I really liked. I plan to see Hacksaw Ridge, maybe on Tuesday, and I'll almost certainly see The Arrival, Rogue One, and Assassin's Creed once they hit theatres.

I'll also probably watch The Shallows, Jason Bourne, Hell or High Water, Don't Breathe,Green Room, and The Neon Demon sooner or later. Certainly sometime before the deadline.

I veeery rarely like comedies- Hot Fuzz is really the only one i can name that actually made me laugh
I was watching Spaced again recently and noticed a lot of the ideas that became things like Hot Fuzz and Shaun of the Dead cropping up. I liked Simon Pegg better in those days, before he started retooling Star Trek .

Just in case any of you aren't aware, the best film of the year so far is Everybody Wants Some!!
Correct!

The Handmaiden, which I watched recently, is a very solid second place though!

Everybody Wants Some is a very worthy #10 at the moment.
Have you already posted your top 10 of 2016 (so far) somewhere? Curious to see which nine films you like better.

If you are a fan of Dazed and Confused there's a good chance you'll like it. Obviously it is quite a bit different with it being about college baseball players but it is the same type of coming of age film as that and is very similarly paced and in tone. And it's hilarious.

Also i added Hunt For The Wilderpeople to that post because i had to after seeing it haha.
