Best film score ever?

Zimmer failed utterly in Inception. TDK is very unextraordinary when stood alone. I guess it works pretty well in the film, but I think a truly great soundtrack can also stand alone was an aesthetic composition.

hahaha totally aware that pretty much all of my posts will be in the minority in terms of subculture, but in my opinion the best film score of the ones that I've seen is Moulin Rouge.
