Anything by David Cronenberg. She questions why anyone would watch body horror of any kind, especially his. I still remember the way she asked me "I just want to know: why?" I'm glad my mind filtered out how I answered her because it was probably as cringey as how Ryan Gosling explains jazz to Emma Stone in La La Land.
