Help identifing a movie

Since yesterday I try to figure out from which movie is this scene.
It's a comedy film, in which some actor knocks on another actor's brain and shouts "empty?!!"
Cant remember which actors, what movie or anything else.
To be honest, I am not 100% sure its not a comedy series...

I know I am not telling you much here, but I still hope there are some people who can help me figure this out.

Just gonna state the obvious, Back to the Future, there are a number of scenes like that in the movies, he doesn't say empty and I can't remember what he says.
