Movie You're Watching Tonight

Would you guys say The French Connection (1971) is worth going to the theater for? Or would watching at home be better. Saw it was on the top 100 of the 70s but honestly barely heard of it before I saw that.
I'm not a big fan of it, but I do think you'd benefit from seeing it on a big screen.

I'm not old, you're just 12.
Cannibal the Musical - Before there was South Park, Trey Parker and Matt Stone made this, a low budget musical horror comedy. It was made as a student film at the University of Colorado, but it's really well done, the songs are catchy, and it's funny as hell. Troma films, purveyors of hilarious bad taste, rescued it and now it's a bizarro cult classic.

Insidious: Chapter 2

I like the first one, and have seen it a few times now. In the mood for a modern horror. My expectations aren't to the moon, but I've heard this one is just as scary as the first so hopefully it will be a good experience.

Ex Machina (2015)

I've been interested in this one since I saw the trailer and even more when I noticed it was so very well received by critics. Should be fun!

Perfect Blue (1997)

As a huge fan of Satoshi Kon's work, I'm always a bit embarrased to admit that I've actually only seen two of his four films (with Millennium Actress being one of my all time favorites). Let's make that three tonight.
