I have no idea what the drinking age is in Belgium, but in the states it's 21. So if you ever visit the states you are legal to party! Happy Birthday!

In Belgium, the drinking age is 16, so I've been exposed to the delights and dangers of alcohol already, but it's cool that I'll finally be able to drink in the USA too and that I'll also be allowed in casinos everywhere!
In Belgium my birthday only officially starts in several hours, but just like last year, I will be studying, because I have exams on the third and the fifth of september.
After those are over, I'll celebrate accordingly of course.
