Hidden Figures was well executed, but just so formulaic. You knew every beat the moment you saw the trailer. I guess the fact that that was true and I wasn't horrendously bored throughout says something about the non-story aspects of the film.
Any good? One of my nieces is an engineer with defence forces and she raved about it.
I've seen them all and Moonlight is at the top, then Manchester by the Sea.

O.J. Made in America is my favourite film of 2016, so far. It had a theatrical release it counts.
I got completely burnt out on 2016 films after watching Hidden Figures. Was planning on seeing them all but only saw five.
I'm still lagging. Tried hacksaw ridge but couldnt get into it for some reason, and I love war genre. I still think it might be Mel's comeback movie. Hollywood loves a comeback, although he might just be seen to be too anti semitic.
Worst film i mean not just Best Picture nominee.
Manchester By The Sea was the best of the nominees i saw, Moonlight a close second. Hidden Figures was the worst i saw from last year.

I'm rooting for Lion. A foreign made film about brown people. Stuff you, commander marmalade.
