Oh, I just meant I don't care for the city state addition at all. Because if you raze one of them, a lot of the other Ai's get pissy about that too.

I think I might agree that Civ 4 is a little better but V is a much more complete game. They have almost gotten this thing figured out. I agree though that battles are a lot better in this version....
