Reservoir Dogs has a great soundtrack, as does Ghostbusters. I would also throw my money on Watchmen.

In terms of trying to capture a comic booky feel I would go with either the first 2 Spider-man movies or Iron Man. They capture the fun, the iconic imagery, and the light-hearted spirit.
