ok i just watched it right now, it is him in the body bag. The ringtone starts ringing and like 3 seconds later he takes out his phone to see who is calling and then he sees that it is not his phone...

ya i just have to watch that part again because if he is calling someone than yes indeed that is his partner, but if someone is calling him than it is him.
