Try DVDfab instead

Get DVDfab. It will do everything Xcopy will do and can still decrypt your DVD's. http://www.dvdfab.com/ You can download a free trial to test it.

You can use a program called DVD Shrink that will let you grab just the scene you want from the CD. You do not need to first rip the whole movie.
