I think this might be a Lassie episode
 

All I remember is a scene where an old truck 50/60 type truck has an electric cable that falls on the truck via some sort of storm and the people in the truck cannot get out cause those old ass trucks were all metal. Somehow the person or person's get out of the truck and that is all I can remember.
