Can anyone create a script? I really want this to follow the novel. I would love to see such a thing on the big screen as in the film. I would do it if i knew how to create a script. :(

You seem confused.
If someone were to create a script that doesn't mean you'd be able to watch the script on a big screen.

That would require a large group of people with particular sets of skills and a lot of money and time to be invested! Certainly I don't have the money to create a feature film, nor could I purchase the film rights for a stephen king book.

Why don't you learn how to write a script? Unless you have a learning disability you can tackle that in a single day. Free software takes care of all the formatting for you.

Haha okay that makes more sense. Well I stand by script is not hard to write.
Read one or two and you'll get the formatting pretty much right away.
