Things that make you feel guilty (but you do them anyway)
 

I wasn't raised Catholic...not that you'd know it, considering that I have such a hardcore guilt complex. It's like I have one of those cartoon angels sitting on my shoulder, always looking up at me with perpetually teary Keane kid eyes, trying (and succeeding) to make me feel bad about something or another.

"You bought the new Lemony Snicket book at Target last night? Why didn't you just wait to check it out from the library? I don't care if it was on sale; according to Sally Struthers, you could have fed fifteen children and bought them flyswatters to boot!"

"European chocolates? What do you need those for? Don't you need to lose a little weight? Shouldn't you send those chocolates or the monetary equivalent to those starving children?"

Anyone got a can of Raid? I'm going to spray this feathery little f*ck right off my shoulder and into the next world.

Anywho....I know I can't be the only one. Who else has this guilty complex problem, and excerises it on a daily basis? Share your stories, so I won't feel so bad. :D

i feel guilty whenever i talk to a certain girl, it's really my fault, but she kind of said that we were bf/gf, and i don't want to break her heart, i can't do that to another person

what!? if he doesn't like her how will his heart break. Ok feel really bad maybe but not as bad as she will. Anyway here's some of my guilty pleasures;

1. When I'm at the movies with friends I end up eating most of the popcorn even though everyone chipped in :blush:, it's not like I'm overweight I just love popcorn.
2. Sometimes I don't pick up my dog's nasty business, but only if it's in a place where nobody would ever step like under a really small bush (my dog's small). Yeah I feel bad about that.
3. I see a lot of really bad chick-flick movies with my GF because she wants to so badly, feels like a betrayal of my fellow mofoers. Still it keeps her happy.
4. I randomly scare my sister just for fun. Yesterday I set up one of her soft toys so it was sitting on a seat staring into her room. Then I whispered through her window, she guessed it was me but then I told her to look over by the door and she screamed. It was hilarious. :D
5. When I'm really tired I just don't bother answering the home phone, so I have to make up excuses when people ask why nobody picked up if I was home. Things like "I was in the shower", "I was listening to music really loud", "I was on the toilet", "I was talking on my mobile" or the ever successful "i was walking the dog". ;)

Not that I would ever burn DVD's... but if I did, I might feel guilty about that ;)

I've given up on DVDs for the time being. I'm saving my money to invest in BluRays. :yup:

I'm just renting from now on, but I'm certainly not burning them. Like somebody seems to be doing. :suspicious:
