Wasn't sure what to call this technically it's not the animated shorts hall of fame since that would be fore shorts up to forty minutes while the limit here is ten minutes but whatever.

This is going to be the same as The Looney Tunes HOF, except we are including any cartoons; Disney, Tom and Jerry, Fleischer, whatever as long as it is animated and is ten minutes long or less. If you want to join PM me two nominations by January 5th at Midnight GMT, i've decided on a short deadline because you pretty much know if you are joining or not early on it won't be that long considering the length of the cartoons and i'm not setting a deadline. I'm fine with the members going at their own pace as long as they aren't being ridiculous. The rules are simple, watch all of the nominations and write something about them (doesn't need to be in depth or anything just your general thoughts if you want) and once you are finished send me your ranked list with your favourite at #1 down to your least favourite at whatever number we end up with. The only other thing is that since at least three of us were in The Looney Tunes HOF i've decided to disqualify the twelve that were picked in that one, i'll include them in an excluded cartoons part. That's it i think so hope you join, it will be alot of fun!
