Before 2002, a movie (I can not remember exactly)

2 had a detective. (Partner may be black)

It was a funny movie. Some scenes were as follows.

1. They eat hot pepper in car. The nearest shopping go and drinking aquarium water,

2 car automatically and is sitting on the car wheels.

I remember I fell off the chair laughing for two scenes.

I know that James Belushi played in Gang Related. It was not because I watched this movie.

I'd love to help you figure this out and I don't want to be rude but I can't understand what you are saying. Your English is very abstract and broken. Could you try to rewrite what you are trying to say? Don't be afraid to use a bludgillion words to better describe something. We don't mind reading lots of words around here.

No. it is not this film that my request

i remember only a scene on film and i will describe that

there are two detective. they have a car. if they broke up his car, car clung the road. they ate pepper that is very hot. then they brag about pepper. actually this pepper is very hot. they talked about that pepper is not hot. but after 3 4 seconds, they run out of car fastly. because they burned. Then they rushed in a home. They wanna to find some water and they drink aquarium water.

Australian TV movie called Dead Trouble (aka Grand Slam) 1990.......... maybe, the clip fits, not sure what language the clip is in.
