We need to get the title of the film with Jackie Chan and 2 weeks searching the internet I found the title. What I know?

- 100% there is Jackie Chan as a hero
- Karate film type - as with Jackie Chan
- Jackie chan is still rather young in the film (the late 70's, the 80's? Max.)
- The last fight (last fight) takes place as follows:

3 young boys sitting at the bench and drink wine (a drink). Next to them goes bad character dressed in black with a sombrero (also black) and they deride him; but the older man / trainer / master? reborn to do it.

Have you tried skimming his filmography? If you're sure he's in it, a few minutes browsing and Googling should do the trick.

Yes,
I checked his every movie, but not all of them have a trailer or any parts in the Internet.
Once I found this movie by accident, but I forgot to write down the title of the film.

Well, even without a trailer, you should be able to narrow it down based on the time range, then go to Google Images to confirm. Worth a try, at least, unless/until someone here maybe recognizes the specifics.

As I wrote above - jackie chan was young, we have here the 1994 year movie.
And that's what I wrote above, it was the last fight, deciding at the end of the movie.

Bad character has a black dress with a cape and a black hat / like a sombrero and you fight back pulls out the gun -

I'm not saying that's the scene in question, I'm simply including it to see if it resembles the rest of the movie. I wouldn't rule it out based on that alone, especially since you mentioned wine, and there's lots of wine in that scene, and the whole film is about combining drinking and fighting.

It sounds more like a movie called Five Superfighters, which Jackie Chan wasn't in. This one starred Austin Wai, Tony Leung Siu-Hung, and Wu Kuo Ren as three students who after a humiliating defeat learn kung fu from three different masters while their old master practices Drunken Sword. But I could be wrong.
