help with a movies from the 1980's!
 

hello there!
I am after a bit of help looking for 2 movies/tv shows. They are from a long time ago, possibly 1985 -1988. English language, possibly USA.
The premise is as follows...
Scene one_ a man has a trimmer in his hand. he has kidnapped someone with very blonde hair, he is murmuring a nursery rhyme while he does this.
Scene two.
A man has been framed of murder but they know he can not have done it as he has a false/ metal leg. ( might in fact be suicide)
In the movie there is the clicking of his false leg!
Sorry I cant remember much more than this. I think both the features might be under the uk tv spot of MURDER MYSTERY AND SUSPENSE. ( NOT HAMMER HORROR)..
I Have been wondering about these two movies for ages and would be very grateful for any assistance. Thank you.
