Just remembered Beckett's Trilogy of Novels (Molloy, Malone Dies, The Unnameable) and Watt, too. Those are excellent.

The Manuscript Found in Saragossa (Jan Potocki), The Obscene Bird of Night (Jose Donoso), The Third Policeman (Flann O'Brien), Woman in the Dunes / Beyond the Curve / The Box Man / Secret Rendezvous (pretty much anything by Kobo Abe), Tristram Shandy, Inverted World (Christopher Priest), A Plan for Escape (Adolfo Bioy Casares), The M.D. (Thomas M. Disch), The Golem (Gustav Meyrink), Great Work of Time (John Crowley), Valis (Philip K. Dick).

Any of those should do. Definitely read The Manuscript Found in Saragossa, though. That book should be much more famous.

    Yup!

It's actually pretty great and I came in with it with low expectations, but it turned out to be awesome and highly addictive, so proceed with caution.

Just watched Shadows. Its a good movie but not exactly enjoyable. Woman Under The Influence still remains my favourite Cassavetes. I know you like Sans Soleil. Me too.

Aye, sorry man, all filled up, season already started, etc. 14 teams, too! Yikes. But hang around! We'll need people next year; the league has grown more popular each year, and while we hit 10 and 12 fairly quickly, it took a lot longer to get the last couple, I think, so anyone who gets in anytime near the initial recruiting announcement should find plenty of room.

Sorry; wish we could've gotten you in this year, as it's always the more the merrier. You're totally welcome next year, though, and in this year's football league, if we get a new CBA. Though you'll definitely have to get into football early; that sucker has gotten rabid.
