This action-packed thriller takes place on the soon-to-be-decommissioned USS Missouri. Disgruntled ex-CIA operative Strannix, his assistant Krill and their group of terrorists seize the battleship with nuclear blackmail in mind. They've planned for every contingency but ignore the ship's cook, former Navy SEAL Casey Ryback -- an error that could be fatal.

While I've seen Executive Decision, I'd consider that a film that features Seagal rather than a certified 'Steven Seagal film'.

Nine of the actors in this film, including Tommy Lee Jones, returned a year later to appear in the film The Fugitive (1993), also directed by Andrew Davis.

When Seagal manages to stab Tommy Lee Jones in the skull and stuff him in a monitor you'd think that'd be a pretty big moment, but it feels to casual like, "Welp, done that, time to finish the movie".
